Unfortunately due to security reasons, we do not offer pick up.

We do not offer pre-order on any of our products. Join our mailing list (bottom of website) to be the first to know on any re-stocks or new items. 

We work very hard with our supplier to ensure we restock sold out items as soon as possible. Subscribe to our mailing list (bottom of website) to receive our monthly newsletter and early notification of restocks. 

Payment Methods

We accept secure payments for local customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. Unfortunately, we do not except cash at this time.

Laybuy and Afterpay: We also have Laybuy and Afterpay available as alternative options for payment (Laybuy for New Zealand and Afterpay for New Zealand and Australia customers. For more information on these service, please contact us. 

Returns

If you for any reason you are not happy once you have received your order, we accept returns or exchanges, so please just return the item back to us within 14 days or the purchase. They must be returned in original condition, unwashed and unworn.  

​With both parties agreeing we can either offer a full refund or exchange goods with another product that will be suitable at the same cost of the original purchase. 

​The cost for returning the item is the responsibility of you the customer, but we will cover the cost if the item received was faulty or we have sent you the incorrect item.  

Shipping

New Zealand Standard Shipping is $8.00

New Zealand Rural Delivery is $11.00

Once your purchase has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing both purchase receipt and tracking number.

Australian Standard Shipping is $18.00

Once your purchase has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing both purchase receipt and tracking number.
